100% organically-farmed Grüner Veltliner from the Fiddlestix Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills. Hand-harvested and hand sorted, fermented with native yeast and aged in 100% neutral French oak.
Liquid perfume. Bright notes of cherry and cranberry, with excellent acidity.
Single vineyard Pinot Noir from La Rinconada Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills. Sustainably farmed, hand harvested, hand sorted.
This minimal intervention wine is 100% free run juice fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 18 months before bottling without any filtering or fining.
Cool-climate Grenache from a single vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills, John Sebastiano. Incredible acidity meets cherries and eucalyptus.
The wine is made with minimal intervention. It is fermented with native yeasts, aged in 100% neutral French oak for 10 months, and remains unfined & unfiltered before bottling.
Serve chilled (like a white wine) for optimal enjoyment!
